DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery zone
PRODUCTS The offer can only be delivered on the TERRITORY.
It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address located outside this TERRITORY.
The PRODUCTS are shipped (to) address (s) of delivery that the Customer will (s) indicated during the ordering process.
Shipping Time
The deadlines to prepare an order and issue the invoice before shipping PRODUCTS in stock are listed on the site. These times do not include weekends or holidays.
An email message will be automatically sent to the CUSTOMER at the time of shipment of the PRODUCTS, provided that the email address in the registration form is correct.
Shipping & Delivery charges
During the ordering process, the SELLER states to the CUSTOMER possible and shipping options for purchased PRODUCTS.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the method of delivery. The amount of these costs will be payable by the Customer in addition to the price of purchased PRODUCTS.

Terms of Shipping
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and on presentation of an ID.
In case of absence, a notice will be left to the CUSTOMER, to enable him to get his parcel in the post office.
DELIVERY problems
The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date when he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online order process, before confirming the order.
It is specified that the deliveries will be made within thirty (30) days. Otherwise, the CUSTOMER must give notice to the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable time and in case of non delivery within that period, the contract may be terminated.
The SELLER shall reimburse the CUSTOMER without undue delay after receipt of the letter of termination, the total amount paid for PRODUCTS, taxes and shipping included, using the same method of payment used by the Customer to buy the products.
The SELLER is responsible to deliver to the CUSTOMER the PRODUCT. It is recalled that the Customer has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of the damage or partial loss recognized upon delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Once the order has been confirmed and payment accepted, IKIAN shall provide its shipping company with all the information relative to the purchaser’s order, within a maximum of 2-10 working days.
The shipping company is under contract with IKIAN to deliver the order to the purchaser’s address as provided by IKIAN.
For deliveries outside of Metropolitan France, the customer shall pay any import duties, customs’ dues, value added tax and any other taxes payable according to the laws of the country into which the order is received.
IKIAN denies all legal responsibility for a customer’s unpaid taxes and duties.
Shipping charges (ex 1 pair Ikitabi Coba 500g) are as follows:
Total order amount less than 40 €, shipping costs participation is 3 € for France.

Shipping fees are free of charge for purchases over 150€ (France), 250€ (Europe), 400€ (rest of the world). NB This offer is not valid for returned goods.
Delivery will be made within the time-frame agreed on with the customer. The package will be handed directly to the recipient as per the order details, or in case of absence, to another person, as authorized by the customer.
Eventual delays do not entitle the purchaser to claim damages or compensation of any sort.
If a product presents obvious defects, the customer is entitled to return it, in line with our returns policy as stated in this document.
Force majeure: the vendor shall not be held liable for delivery failure in cases of force majeure such as war, riots, fire, strike action, accidents and restocking failures.
Always check your parcel on delivery.
For reasons of product availability, orders may be shipped in several packages. In such cases the customer pays for a single delivery only. If the customer wishes the order to be delivered to two different addresses, two orders must be placed and the corresponding shipping charges paid.
Once certified as delivered by our carriers, we are in no way responsible for the loss or theft of the package. In this case, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to open an investigation into the delivery details of your package.
