These Tsukuri Obi are Japanese belts with a ready to wear bow. These are festive ornaments used to tie the little girls kimonos during the Shichi-go-san ceremony: the children's festival celebrated on November 15 (3 and 7 years old for little girls and 5 years old for boys).
Very nice for a little girl's Japanese costume, these Tsukuri Obi are also very suitable for adults, the belt being 69 to 81cm long (excluding cotton ties).
The bow is attached to the belt with a big rigid hook. With a little bit of boldness, you could also make an exceptional hairstyle out of it!
Original and rare, these vintage items (worn only once) are unique pieces directly imported from Japan.
