

Also known as kakemono, Kakejiku is a painting on paper roll that is hung on the wall as a decoration. As it is easy to store, it is customary to have several of them and change them according to the desire.
For tea ceremony, or in Japanese traditional style houses, kakejiku is hung in the Tokonoma.
